What the fixed price assumes

The $2,499 setup covers one clinic brand, the agreed core website, approved service and provider information, one existing booking workflow, and the standard integrations described in the written scope. We collect the necessary facts at kickoff so the copy and design can move together.
A major custom application, complex multi-location data architecture, EHR migration, custom patient portal, or work that changes the approved scope is quoted separately before it begins. We do not bury those projects inside a vague package and reveal the cost after the clinic is committed.
The $499 management plan covers reasonable ongoing website changes and search work. It is designed for the steady reality of a growing clinic: new providers, updated services and prices, seasonal offers, fresh educational content, and technical maintenance. Large rebuilds or custom software remain separate projects with their own written scope.
Third-party software fees are also kept visible. If your booking, AI, email, form, analytics, or portal workflow requires a paid external platform, the proposal identifies whether that subscription is included, paid directly by the clinic, or optional. You should be able to compare the real operating cost before approving the build, not discover another stack of subscriptions afterward.
