How the review is built
We follow the same path a prospective patient follows.
The Pulse Check starts with public information only. We do not need analytics access, admin credentials, or control of the website to identify the first visible barriers between interest and a next step.
01Search and first impression
We inspect how the clinic and its priority services are represented in search, then review the first mobile viewport for a clear specialty, location, trust signal, and patient action. This shows whether a relevant visitor can understand the clinic before deciding to leave.
02Service answer and booking path
We follow an important service from entry page to consultation or booking. We count decisions, redirects, unclear labels, unnecessary fields, and gaps in price, provider, policy, or preparation information that can create hesitation.
03Technical and freshness check
We review mobile usability, page loading signals, indexable service coverage, metadata, structured information, and visible content freshness. The final three priorities balance patient impact with what the clinic can realistically improve first.
