Free website audit for clinics

What's your clinic's pulse score?

Give us the public website. We'll review the five things that shape whether a patient finds you, trusts you, and books, then email the three fixes we would make first.

Five vitals

A useful score has to diagnose the patient journey.

No generic “improve your SEO” checklist. Each finding is tied to something visible on your live site.

01

Booking friction

How many decisions, clicks, redirects, and form fields stand between interest and a confirmed next step.

02

After-hours coverage

Whether a patient can get a useful answer or take action when the front desk is closed.

03

Search visibility

Whether service and location pages give search engines enough clarity to match the clinic to patient intent.

04

Mobile speed

How quickly the important content and booking action become usable on a phone connection.

05

Content freshness

Whether providers, prices, services, offers, and trust information still match the clinic patients will visit.

How the review is built

We follow the same path a prospective patient follows.

The Pulse Check starts with public information only. We do not need analytics access, admin credentials, or control of the website to identify the first visible barriers between interest and a next step.

01

Search and first impression

We inspect how the clinic and its priority services are represented in search, then review the first mobile viewport for a clear specialty, location, trust signal, and patient action. This shows whether a relevant visitor can understand the clinic before deciding to leave.

02

Service answer and booking path

We follow an important service from entry page to consultation or booking. We count decisions, redirects, unclear labels, unnecessary fields, and gaps in price, provider, policy, or preparation information that can create hesitation.

03

Technical and freshness check

We review mobile usability, page loading signals, indexable service coverage, metadata, structured information, and visible content freshness. The final three priorities balance patient impact with what the clinic can realistically improve first.

What comes back

A prioritized report, not a sales brochure.

You get a score for each vital, specific observations from the live site, and three fixes ordered by impact. The report shows what we would do first before it asks you to book anything.

The score is directional, not a promise of rankings or revenue. It creates a shared baseline for the visible patient experience and identifies where a deeper analytics, search, or conversion review may be necessary.

Because the review uses public information, some causes remain outside its scope. A slow handoff inside a booking platform, poor lead follow-up, or inaccurate private analytics may require access and a separate investigation. The report distinguishes what is visible from what still needs evidence.

Before you submit

What the check does and does not require.

Is the Clinic Pulse Check free?

Yes. There is no card and no obligation to hire theclinify. The report is designed to give you three useful priorities whether or not we work together.

What does the website audit review?

The review covers booking friction, after-hours coverage, search visibility, mobile speed, and content freshness. It also identifies the three changes most likely to improve the patient path first.

Will you need access to our website?

No. The initial Pulse Check reviews the public website and public search experience. We only request private access later if you decide to move forward with a deeper engagement.
